Rates

Stay a night,

Every site includes full hookups — 50/30/20 amp electric, water and sewer.

Daily

$80 / night

  • Two-night minimum

  • Four people per site
  • $100 reservation deposit

Weekly

$450 / week

  • Electric, water & sewer included
  • Four people per site
  • $150 reservation deposit
  • Additional person $10 / night

Monthly

$1,100 / month

  • Water & sewer included
  • Electric metered at $0.32/kWh
  • Two people per site
  • $300 security deposit

A $3.50 reservation fee applies to all stays. Reservations are accepted up to a year in advance; we can't take same-day bookings. Stays longer than 30 days require a background check at the guest's cost, with a maximum stay of six months. All rates are subject to change, and specific site requests aren't guaranteed.

Sherman Island, where the wind comes to work

Sherman Island is famous for its warm air and fresh water sailing. Tidal surges create a variety of conditions — flood tides offer fast, flat water, while ebb tides make for great bump and jump sailing.
